Devices can be added to the Perform portal through two methods:

Using perform to send a registration email to the user

Enter a four-digit headset code directly into the portal
Devices can be registered and assigned directly into a Device Group or devices can be registered to an organization and then moved into Device Groups.
Registering a device using email

Select Register New Device.

Use the Select Registration Method drop down arrow to select Send registration email. You can also choose to name the device and the device group here, but that is optional.

Enter an email address.

An email will be sent to the user with the headset.

The user will click the link from the email and will be prompted to enter the four-digit code.

Open the application on the headset to see a four-digit code.

Enter the four-digit code on the Perform portal and select Submit.

A message will appear to confirm the device was registered successfully.

The device will now appear on the Device Management page. The device will either appear in the device group that was assigned when the email was sent, or in the ungrouped devices section. In this example, the headset was not given a name or already assigned to a device group.
Adding a device through the portal
